1. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Alera Skin Care Products, we allow 30 days for a full refund. Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 30 days of order delivery or purchase from a store.
2. How long will it take to receive my purchase?
We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your timeline. UPS ground shipping takes 3-5 business days and UPS overnight is next day delivery to Canada and the U.S (provided the order is placed before 1pm PST). UPS overnight orders going to other parts of the world take 1-3 business days.
3. How do I cancel my order?
If you are in the process of checking out and decide you do not want to complete the order, you can leave the check out process at anytime by using your browser back button, the checkout buttons that return you to the previous step, or clicking on the logo at the top of the page. If you logged into your Alera Skin Care Products account before placing an order, the items in your cart will remain there for your next visit. Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it’s already in the shipping process.
